1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as required. Hideaway reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our booking requirements.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation policy before completing a reservation. Refunds are issued in accordance with the policy in effect at the time of booking.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for the proper use and care of the property during their stay. Any damage caused by guests will be charged to the payment method on file. Guests must comply with all house rules provided at check-in and respect neighbors and the surrounding community.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a reservation, you authorize Hideaway to charge the total amount to your provided payment method. All rates are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hideaway is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our properties or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation in question.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
