THE SPACE

Majestic Luxury Retreat is set up for groups who want comfortable shared spaces without giving up room to spread out. Across five bedrooms are eight queen beds with memory foam mattresses. The primary bedroom has one queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one queen bed, and Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have two queen beds. A full-size sofa bed in the living room adds flexible sleeping space. The fully stocked kitchen makes group meals straightforward, while the living area adds a 55-inch Smart TV for slower time indoors. The pool table gives the group another way to spend time together before the day moves back outside.

OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE

The backyard gives Majestic Luxury Retreat its easygoing group atmosphere. Cool off in the private pool, relax in the spa, play a round of mini golf, or settle beneath the covered patio. When everyone is ready to eat, the BBQ and outdoor dining area make it easy to keep the day outside. As evening arrives, gather around the built-in fire pit and enjoy a quieter end to the day beneath the desert sky.

GOOD TO KNOW

BBQ GRILL

Our BBQ grill runs on propane gas, which we provide, so there’s no need to bring your own.

POOL HEATING

Pool heating is available with at least 24 hours' notice and can reach up to 85°F. The fee is $180/day from May through October and $250/day from November through April.

SPA

Spa use is included at no additional charge.

PETS

Up to two dogs are welcome with a $100 fee per pet, per stay. All pets must be disclosed before arrival.

POOL SERVICE

Routine pool service takes place Mondays and Fridays between approximately 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The technician accesses the outdoor area only.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

We want every guest to enjoy Majestic Luxury Retreat safely while helping us keep the home in great condition. Please review the following before booking.

PARTIES, EVENTS & EXTRA GUESTS

Parties and events are not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Visitors and additional overnight guests must be disclosed and approved in advance. Approved extra overnight guests are $50 per person, per night, subject to maximum occupancy.

POOL & SPA SAFETY

Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while using or being near the pool and spa. No diving or glass is permitted in the pool area. Guests use the pool and spa at their own risk.

PETS & POOL

Pets are not permitted in the pool or spa. Guests are responsible for their pets at all times, including any damage or additional cleaning caused during the stay. Pets should remain leashed and supervised outdoors around cactus and desert wildlife.

DESERT WILDLIFE

Majestic Luxury Retreat is located in a natural High Desert environment. Insects, rodents, snakes, spiders, and other wildlife may occasionally be encountered. Wildlife and insect encounters that are part of the natural desert environment are not grounds for a refund.

PLUMBING & SEPTIC SYSTEM

The home uses a septic system. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Improper use resulting in clogged or damaged plumbing may result in a $200 repair fee.

NO SMOKING

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the property or within 15 feet of exterior doors. Failure to follow this policy may result in a $100 additional cleaning fee.

SECURITY CAMERAS

In accordance with insurance company requirements, four exterior security cameras monitor the front and rear entrance areas for guest and property safety. All security cameras are located outside the property. There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras may not be tampered with, covered, or disabled during your stay.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE

Personal photos and videos are welcome, and you're welcome to tag @visithideaway. Professional, promotional, commercial, or revenue-generating photography and filming require prior written approval and may be subject to production fees. Unauthorized commercial shoots may result in a $5,000 violation fee and applicable production fees. Please contact us before booking if you intend to use the property for professional or commercial content.

LATE CHECK-OUT

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests who remain at the property after 11:05 AM will be charged a $75 late check-out fee for every 30 minutes past the check-out time.

DAMAGES

Please notify our team as soon as possible if anything is damaged, broken, or seriously stained. Guests are responsible for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow property guidelines.

Access

You'll have private access to the entire home and its guest amenities during your stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM. The property uses a smart lock, and your access code will be provided two days before arrival.

Neighborhood

Majestic Luxury Retreat is located in Joshua Tree, giving your group a comfortable home base for exploring Joshua Tree National Park and the wider High Desert. After a day out, return to the pool, spa, games, and fire pit instead of ending the experience when you get back to the house.

Transit

A car is recommended for exploring the area.
