The Layout:
– 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms comfortably sleeps 12 people.
– All bedrooms are equipped with brand-new, memory foam mattresses.
– The master bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite master bathroom.
– Second and third bedroom have 1 Queen bed.
-The remaining 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds each.
– The living room has 1 full-sized sofa bed and 55″ smart TV.

Pool:
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety.
This Pool can be heated, please send us notice us ONE DAY before your arrival if you’d like to heat it up, the pool temperature is 85 degree. The pool heating fee is $180/day from May to October, $250/day from November to April.
*Please note that the pool cleaning service is between 8am – 12pm every Monday and Friday.
Pets:
We love pets. Your fur-friends are welcome with an additional fee of $60/ pet per stay. (max 2 pets allowed). You are required to disclosed before booking.
However, they are not allowed to swim in the pool. Please be mindful, as their fur can cause the pool filters to build-up.
Please be aware of desert plants and wild life and keep your pets away from them. We strongly suggest you to use leash and accompany your pets while running in the yard, because the cactus might hurt. You are 100% responsible for yourself and your pets.
Parties or Events or Extra Guest
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. We designed a house environment for 12 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house. Please inform us if you have visitors or any overnight friends, we will charge $50/person for extra overnight guests with our consent first. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.
No-Smoking
Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed in the property or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put them in the outdoor trash can. If the above is not maintained, we will charge a $100 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. We appreciate your cooperation.

Majestic Luxury Retreat is situated in one of the most desirable neighborhood in Joshua Tree.
This perfect central location is only 5 minutes to the picturesque Joshua Tree National Park where you can rock climbing, go hiking, horse-riding, join in on a ranger talk, go biking, stargazing or just pack your camera and capture the unique landscape and wildlife that the park has to offer.
You will need a car, but rideshares and taxis are also readily available.

-We do have four security cameras at the front entrance and back entrance. This is only for security and safety reason (in case there is a break in, etc…)
WILDLIFE:
The desert is wild and if you are very sensitive to insects, mice & bugs – it may not be for you. If you leave a door open, animals ,flys , bugs and more might run in. There are indeed rare sightings of snakes, ants & spiders out here. We love it and so do most of our guests, but just a friendly reminder that we are indeed in the wild. And we are always more than happy to have a creature safely relocated if you find it to be a threat.

Booking Rules for Hideaway
Hideaway is the best for those who appreciate tranquility, luxury, and high privacy. Our properties are strategically located in captivating setting, and we’re happy that our properties have top-notch smart home technology. We know not everyone might be as thrilled or familiar with these features as we are. Make sure to carefully read our policies and each home’s description to make sure the Hideaway property you’re booking matches your preferences. Our concierge is available via text help answer any question you may have.
Cancellation Policy:
Weather or Illness cancellations:
Hideaway is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Guest are encouraged to obtain travel insurance through a provider for coverage in case of illness or adverse weather conditions.
Pets:
Hideaway welcome furry friend but has specific rules and a pet fee to protect our homes. Pet must be leashed outdoors, and waste must be cleaned up. Pet owners are responsible for any damages, and a $250 per pet charge covers the additional cleaning.
Children:
Hideaway properties are child-friendly, but some may not be safe for small children. Do not leave children unattended.
Smoking:
No smoking or vaping inside the house.
Damage and Disclaimers:
Any damage must be reported to Concierge on the day of arrival. Guest are responsible for any damages to the property or amenities. Guest use amenities at their own risk and are responsible for their safety, especially in swimming areas.
